Love greeting dawn

I used a muted palette of neutral warms and greyed celadon and painted loose, yet narrow brushed paint marks for the lions. The idea was to glimpse these beautiful cats almost at sunrise before colour fills the scene. I hope the brushmarks give the illusion of the last of the morning dew on their coats and the wild grass.
